Order Delivery & Missing Parcels
Our shipping partner’s deliver orders Monday to Friday. Please note any order over $500 will entail a signature upon delivery. If your order does not require a signature it may be left at your doorstep or taken back to the shipping partner’s depot if no one is able to accept the package at your home.
Make sure to stay on top of delivery confirmation emails as well as the tracking page with the tracking number you receive from us. If you didn’t receive a tracking number please email email@example.com The delivery driver should leave you a note or call you if your product has been taken to their depot. Try to pick it up as soon as possible, or your package could be shipped back to us.
If you receive an update that your order has been delivered, make sure to check all around your home and possibly speak with your neighbours if they received it. If you have any issues please contact us at 613-648-4901 and we can contact the courier.
Jump Cherubs HQ is not responsible for items that may have become lost, stolen or damaged in shipment. Please ensure you make the proper arrangements for accepting your parcel. If you would like a signature option, at an extra cost, please contact us.
