Coupon Restriction & Price Matching Policy
If you can prove that our competitor is selling the same baby product with a better price than we offer, we’ll price match it.
Price Match Details and Conditions*:
• Item must be identical (Cherubs HQ claims the right to refuse items not ‘identical’ to desired product)
• Retailer must have the advertised item in stock and be available for immediate sale
• A Canadian retailer’s original ad must be shown to us for approval (screenshot is not acceptable), and clarified by an Cherubs HQ staff member
• Cherubs HQ claims the right to approve a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item.
• All matches may not consider pre-tax prices; guest is responsible for applicable taxes.
• Cherubs HQ claims the right to limit price match to proper quantities.
• For matching eligible online competitors, the retail price must be current and shown on the Canadian competitor’s website or mobile application at the time price match is requested (We do not price match with Amazon and Ebay).
Price match does not include the following:
• Package offers
• Advertising errors and/ or misprints
• Display merchandise, returned or used
• Damaged product
• Gift Cards
• Items out of stock in store at time of match request
• Rebates or free/ bonus/ gift card offers
• Coupons
• Paid loyalty membership or paid loyalty programs (loyalty prices that are associated with a membership)
• Final Sale Items
• Retail Events (ie- Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sales)
• Boxing Day sale/ One Day sale offers
• US/International sales websites
PRICE ADJUSTMENT
If you find a lower every day or advertised price on an identical in-stock item (brand, size, model number) currently offered at any local Canadian retail store or website (including shipping, handling and fees, if applicable), we will match their price. Terms and conditions below.
A one-time price adjustment will be allowed on an item within 7 days of initial purchase with original receipt. The difference will be issued in store credit. Please note if the item purchased was already on sale a price change cannot be further discounted. Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for price adjustments. Online orders can only receive price adjustments as a result of a change to the price of the at cherubs-hq.com.
Holiday sales such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day are not eligible for price adjustments. No price adjustment will be approved for these dates.
Cherubs HQ reserves the right to decline a price match, or not to offer specified product price matches on designated dates.
COUPON RESTRICTIONS
Cherubs HQ coupon codes are available online and, in our newsletters. If you are not already receiving coupons via email, please visit cherubs-hq.com and register to receive our newsletter.
- Online coupon codes are not valid in stores. (Online orders placed with a coupon code are considered discounted and thus are final sale)
- Limit one coupon per customer online per order.
- Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions, can not be applied to on-sale and clearance items.
- Cannot be used on special orders, Gift Cards and Gift Certificate.
- Coupons can not be applied to the following brands: Uppababy, Bugaboo, Baby Jogger, Thule, Nuna, Maxi Cosi, Clek, Britax, Stokke, and Medela products. Restrictions may apply to certain products, check stores for details.
- Coupons can not be applied on furniture.
